Hubei Jinghua Textile Group CO., LTD, located in Hubei province Xianning city, is an integrated textile enterprise, which takes ramie, flax, rayon and cotton as raw materials. It is a provincial industrialized key leading enterprise.
The company was first established in 1978, and then reformed into a privately runed enterprise in 2000. In 2005, the company developed to a group limited company — Hubei Jinghua Textile Group CO., LTD. It holds five subsidiary companies. The legal representative of the whole group is Mr. Hu Zude.
The company covers an area of 250,000㎡. At present, there are about 3800 workers among them 268 persons with the master degree or senior technical engineer title. We owned 20 ramie degumming production lines, 30 ramie loosing production lines, 60000 spindles of textile scale, 1200 new type cup spinner, 100 sets new type of looms. The main products are ramie cotton blended yarn, linen cotton blended yarn, pure ramie yarn, pure linen yarn, pure viscose yarn, viscose linen or ramie blended yarn, all sorts of such pertinent grey, PFD and finished fabric. The annual output of the company is 20,000 tons of yarn and 6,000,000 meters fabric.
In recent years, the company pays much energy in increasing the investment on high technology and introducing the most advanced equipments to transform the traditional textile industry. We have already passed the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system authentication. Besides, we have paid much attention on dealing with the sewage, and Hubei Jinghua Group has done the best on this area throughout the whole country. Thus our products are eco-friendly. “BAILIAN” has become the most famous brand in Hubei. We export more than 800 tons of yarns and nearly 1,000,000 meters of fabric to Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, India, Turkey, U.S.A and E.U. per year. Our products and service are widely welcomed by many customers both in domestic and foreign markets.
However, we are not satisfied with the recent achievement we have got. For speeding up the industrial development, the company invests much capital to construct another industrial estate in Xianning city, in the not so distant future, there will be 20000 more spindles for ramie yarn and 200 sets of advanced looms for weaving fabric.
At present, guided by the Chairman & General Manager Hu Zude, all the Hubei Jinghua Group staffs are making our greatest joint efforts to weave a more glorious future with high spirit.
